3 days / 2 nights from Friday to Sunday in November/December
Included in the package: 2 nights with our PANORAMA breakfast buffet, 1 four-course specialty menu with a sparkling wine aperitif and four different varietal wines on the day of arrival, 1 wine hike with a light meal, 1 visit to the historic Cochem mustard mill, 1 Cochem mustard menu on the second evening (you'll be surprised how delicious dishes with mustard can be!). You can help yourself to the salad buffet on both evenings.
Friday:
The Cochem wine menu begins with a sparkling wine from the winemaker as an aperitif, followed by a delicious four-course meal prepared by the winemaker's kitchen. The dishes are accompanied by four different varietal wines and mineral water. Discover with us the diversity of grape varieties and Moselle cuisine.
Saturday
The wine tour begins at the winery near the hotel. After a welcome from the young winemaker, the tour leads through the grounds of the venerable Ebernach Monastery. During a walk through the "Cochemer Klostergarten" vineyard, wine enthusiasts will learn about the winemaker's work in the vineyard. Of course, a glass of wine in the vineyard is a must.
After about an hour and a hike of approximately 3 km, we arrive back at the winery. There, we will visit the old vaulted cellar with its wooden barrels, the wine press, and the bottle storage area, all of which will be expertly explained.
In the vintner's house, which is home to Cochem's only wine tavern, participants can then look forward to an expert wine tasting (6 samples) and a hearty snack.

Sunday
After the generous breakfast buffet, you are free to spend the day as you wish. Stroll through Germany's smallest district town or visit the famous Reichsburg Castle before continuing your journey.
