Your hotel on the Moselle

Our house is located in Sehl, a district of Cochem, and only about a 10-20 minute walk from the lively Moselle promenade and the old town. Advantages: easy access to the hotel and parking nearby. It consists of a guesthouse with a restaurant, connected to the hotel by a covered walkway.

The hotel features a reception area, lounge bar, indoor pool, sauna, and wellness center. Both buildings offer rooms to suit various budgets and comfort levels.

Like many other hotels, we do not have an official star rating. Star ratings or other classifications you may find online, usually with 3-4 stars or similar symbols, are decisions made by independent tour operators or online travel agencies. We have no influence over these.

The guesthouse has 4 standard single rooms, 8 standard double rooms (type A and A ), the hotel has 21 classic double rooms (type B), 15 comfort double rooms (type C), 4 junior suites (type C ) and 2 suites (type F).

The building consists of two parts: the inn and the hotel. The buildings are connected by a covered walkway through the garden. The inn does not have a lift; the hotel does.

Cochem and the Moselle region are renowned as a paradise for hikers and cyclists. It's the perfect starting point for excursions throughout the Moselle Valley and the surrounding area. Even on a longer holiday, boredom is simply not an option. Discover historic cities like Trier, Traben-Trarbach, Bernkastel-Kues, Zell am Moselle, or Koblenz, visit romantic little towns and picturesque wine villages. Explore famous castles or numerous museums. Or simply enjoy your free time with plenty of activities. The options are diverse and almost overwhelming.

This naturally includes the breakfast buffet and in the evening a small selection of main courses as part of a three-course menu including the salad buffet.

We serve refined, traditional cuisine. Our chef is always happy to offer traditional and regional recipes that change with the seasons. His fish dishes are also very popular.
